Teaching method
A living transmission of Tai Chi neigong
We teach Tai Chi that coaches have trained in their own bodies. There is no secret manual. Class guides a feeling the body can use now.
Then
Ten years behind closed doors
The old rule was to train in private for a decade before you were allowed out. The door stayed shut, and so did the work.
Now
Three years of earnest practice
If you practice in earnest, three years is enough to know what real Tai Chi is, how neigong is trained, and to have a real feeling in the body. Health often improves with that work. This is not a certificate, and it is not a claim that you will be a master.
What class says
We speak to the body in front of us. Head, neck, shoulders as they are used in this moment. When the stance changes, the request changes. We do not recite classic lines as class cues.
The Tai Chi classics
We do not refuse the classics. Anyone who has a real feeling will find those texts raise their understanding. They are words to check against the body later, not the key that opens the first class. We do not start by reading them aloud.
Teacher and student grow together
If the teacher really teaches, the teacher keeps growing. If they hold back, they often stop growing themselves. Teaching the student will not starve the master here. When the body is ready, the next station is not hidden.
A training ecology
The aim is a Tai Chi training ecology. Students who produce results can become coaches and later open their own live classes here. A coach is measured by the people they produce, not by a certificate or by how much they withhold. That path is the direction. It is not an open coach marketplace yet.
Health
Earnest practice changes the body, and health often improves. That is a result of training. It is not treatment, and it does not replace a doctor.
